Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes around 3–7 business days, fully tracked and insured. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Free UK delivery on all orders over £50. Below that, a flat tracked rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Use the mask as your nightly ritual for up to 90 nights. If you're not happy with what you see, email us for a full refund — you don't even need to return the tube.

Unopened items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, just email us with your order number and we'll send simple instructions.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
